gaming Creepiest game glitches you had ?

When I was 8, I didn't have a very good PC, and the game G-Force had a lot of graphical glitches. Sometimes, it would just be walls disappearing or invisible enemies. But one glitch that really scared me was during a cinematic, when the only visible parts of my character were his eyeballs, floating in mid air and moving all over the place.

Sega Genesis. I don't remember what game it was, but the graphics became corrupted and the TV let out a LOUD continuous screech in the middle of the night...
