Alternate Mane 6 idea

I know this idea won't be too popular, given out popular the Mane 6 are. But what if in the next season, instead of having so many CMC episodes, they shift the focus to a new Mane 6 who have to help the other Mane 6? I think it would respark the interest of a lot of bored bronies, and all of these characters are insanely popular. Or maybe in the future when all the Mane 6 find their dreams, they get inspired by the Mane 6 and decide to have adventures of their own? Anyways, here they are.

Dr Whooves (Kindness)

Trixie (Loyalty (most may disagree, but she was the only pony willing to face off against that Ursa Minor until Twilight showed up, and she's brash like RD))

Derpy (Laughter)

Fun idea but I’m not so sure that would work, I wouldn’t mind if they did something similar as a one off episode although with different characters that aren’t already established yet.

 

But as for CMC episodes I enjoy those hugely and Scootaloo is my favourite pony so I wouldn’t want them to quit doing those.

Yeah, but the only reason why she did that was to protect her lie and nothing else. 

 

Besides the elements are gone. If new characters are picked, it won't be based on the elements anymore.

I think that is she was just an average con pony, she would've left town, because no lie is worth risking their lives over. And I don't think she really cared much if anypony believed that she slayed an Ursa Major or not before, she mostly told that lie to entertain the audience, although then again, I think it was mostly so everypony would want to watch her perform. I think Trixie suffers from confidence issues, so she feels the need to tell lies to boost her image to get others to respect her. That still doesn't change the fact that it was pretty brave of her to at least try to stop that Ursa Minor. She knew she was a showmare and not a wizard, but she felt she had to do something since she was partially responsible for this (since she put the idea into Snips and Snails heads)

I think that the show can last up to nine seasons (three thirteen episode ones) with the current cast IF they do it properly [insert shameless mention of how this will be a future topic on my blog]. If not, they can at least make it to season six.

I think this is a terrific idea.
Come to think of it, I have been getting kind of bored with the same shtick on every episode. I guess it's because of the worn out excitement over the box? XD
Honestly, the only three episodes that caught my attention was the two part premiere and Twilight Time.

Good idea, but I don't see it happening. It would be a bit questionable to change things, when we haven't really established that these characters would want to be holding the Elements of Harmony. If they do this properly, perhaps.

Well I still think it was to protect the lie. Thats just how I see it.

 

As for a new Mane 6, I could see the show doing it, but I don't think they would pick background characters. Most likely they would create 6 brand new characters that have not been seen and use them. And like I said before, the elements well not play a factor with them.
