But if I seen a G1 toy in a flea market I'd snag that sucka. G2 and G3 were just..................... "omg sparkles and rainbows and presents and hair styling and teeheehee!!" I did say some...not everyone. Can't help it if some people don't like it. Moonlight 7,288 April 3, 2014 Share April 3, 2014 I thought the previous generations were all okay, respectively (excluding G3, and G3.5). G1 had interesting storylines and great villians. G2 had fairly good toys. G3 was okay, just a standard little girl's cartoon, and the toys were okay. Like some people, I actually grew up with this one and I loved Minty. G3.5 was....we do not talk about G3.5. And G4 is my personal favorite with great characters, great animation, great songs, and great stories. They're "horseish" with being too "horseish". It's clearly evident that they're cartoon characters, first and foremost. But those older gens have very distinct horse features on their long, long horse faces. Am I weird for trying to put the fact that the characters from a show I love watching are horse behind me? I don't think so. Once you consider that they're simply cartoon characters, it really makes the enjoyment level all that more higher.
