Times smiled and said "Nice to meet you Serenity." Times looked at Sabertooth and then back to Serenity "And Serenity, this is Sabertooth" Sabertooth looked at Serenity and got excited. He jumped down and stood in front of Serenity wagging his tail.

"Nice to meet you too sir" she sees Sabertooth "aaaw he is soo adorable, M-may I pat him please?" She asks politely.

Scarlet smiles at Times, "Too soon girl, too soon. I know you want to kiss him, but it's too soon" she thinks, and sighs a little.

Daechiril (Serenity's mother) smiles, "would you all like to come in?"

"Yes you can pet him, He won't bite" Times said looking down a Serenity. Times looked up at Daechiril "I would love to" Times said smiling. Sabertooth sat down in front of Serenity and wagged his tail. Sabertooth then looked up at serenity's mother and then back down to Serenity

"yay! Thank you!" Serenity kneels down and starts to gently pet Sabertooth.

Scarlet and Harmonic lead Times in, towards the living room

Daechiril smiles, "So Times, do you want something to drink? Coffee, Tea or perhaps something stronger? I'll get you your usual coffee Scarlet, and your Cider Harmonic"

"Some tea would be fine" Times said smiling and looking at Sabertooth. Sabertooth was rolling around and wanted to play. Times chuckled. "So Serenity, Scarlet says that your turning 7..." Times said as he looked at Serenity with a smile. Sabertooth wagged his tail and looked up at Times.

Serenity was gently playing with Sabertooth, making sure not to pull on his tail, ears, paws or whiskers too hard. "That's right sir, seven tomorrow."

"Oh that's right" Scarlet says with a smile and takes out the present, "I know it's a day early but, happy birthday sweetheart"

Serenity stops playing with Sabertooth and unwraps her present, she squeals with delight and hugs Scarlet, "thank you mummy! Thank you, it is adorable, and so soft and snuggly"

Times smiled and saw how excited she got. He saw Sabertooth looking at the stuffed kitten with a confused look. Like if Sabertooth wasn't sure if it was real of not. Times chuckled and whistled quietly. Sabertooth ran over to Times and Times looked at Serenity.

Serenity was hugging the plush kitten tightly, then ask Scarlet to place it somewhere high up so she could go play with Sabertooth again. She smiles "Mr Times. a-are you in love with my godmummy?" She asks sweetly, and Scarlet blushes, and shuffles her hooves, "I can tell she is in love with you" She then hugs scarlet and curls up in her lap, looking wistfully at Sabertooth, "May I play with him again, please?"

Times blushed slightly "uhh umm..." Times looked at Scarlet. Sabertooth ran over to Serenity and wagged his tail. Times looked at Sabertooth and said "Yes you may play with Sabertooth" Times looked away and thought Need to find a way to change the subject...

Scarlet blushes even more, but smiles as she hears the giggles coming from Serenity playing with Sabertooth, rolling around the floor with him. She smiles, Daechiril comes in with their drinnks, "Here you go dears" She says then sitting down with a smile.

"Thank you" Times said with a smile and watched Sabertooth and Serenity play. Times looked at Scarlet and smiled. He looked at his tea and taking a sip. He stopped blushing and looked up. Sabertooth played with Serenity and rolled around. Times smiled.

Scarlet looked at Times smiling, then takes a sip of her coffee.

Daechiril smiles, "So, how did you and Scarlet meet?" She asks

Scarlet smiles, "Well, we met at Sugar Cube Corner, his table was the only one with a free seat and so we sat together and began talking."

Serenity then yawns and curls up with Sabertooth.

Sabertooth curled up and fell asleep. Times smiled and looked at Daechiril. Times took a sip of his tea and looked at Sabertooth and Serenity. That is utterly adorable... Times thought to himself and smiled. He looked back at his tea and took another sip.

Scarlet smiles at the display of the filly and the puppy snuggled up to each other, she forgets about her telepathy ability when thinking about someone, that they can hear her thoughts, "Now I have to make Times mine, I could not separate Serenity from Sabertooth and visa versa. But it's just too soon." she lets out a slight sigh.

Times heard something but pushed it aside. He looked over to Scarlet. He was somewhat confused. He looked back to Sabertooth and Serenity and took another sip of his tea. He thought to himself What was that? It didn't sound like it came from anywhere

Scarlet blushes, then sips her coffee. Daechiril smiles again and sees the present for Serenity, "Oh is that your present for Serenity, Scar, dear?"

Scarlet nods, "Sure is, she loved it, but of course, she loved the fact it came from me more"

Daechiril nods, "Of course, she's very selfless like that"

Times took another sip of his tea and looked at Sabertooth. Times started to get lost in thought. He then looked back up and continued thinking. It felt strange, he didn't know what to say. Any one of his friends that have known him for more than a year know that he is usually very talkative.

Scarlet notices the awkward silence, "Dae, I don't know if I mentioned this yet, but Times here owns the shop up the road."

Daechiril smiles, "Oh, I've been to go there, but life has been so busy with home schooling little Serenity, housekeeping, and all that. What kind of things do you sell Times?"

Times looked at Daechiril and said "Well, It really depends on what shipments I get. It became an bookstore once and then 1 month later it became a bakery." Times took another sip of his tea and smiled. Times looked down at his tea and then looked back up.

Serenity stirs from her sleep, then wrap an arm and a wing over Sabertooth.

Daechiril smiles, "ooh interesting, So you could sell just about anything, even potions?" she asks curiously, "or potion ingredients? I am in need of some more, to make an elixir for my husband"

"Yep, I even have some potions in my storage room. I have potions for illnesses to giving ponies temporary wings." Times said looking at Serenity. "And yes I also have ingredients, but not in my storage. I keep them in a special container so they don't go bad."

Daechiril smiles, "great, I'll come check if you have the ingredients i need tomorrow. I'll bring little Serenity over, so that she can pick out a birthday present"

 

Scarlet smiles, as does Harmonic, she nudges Scarlet, "so when are you going to kiss him?" she whispers

Scarlet blushes, "W..when I'm ready" she whispers back

"I will be sure to have everything ready" Times said smiling. Times looked at Scarlet and noticed that she was blushing. Times looked back to Serenity and Sabertooth and smiled. awww I ave never seen anything so cute... Times thought to himself and then looked at his tea.

Scarlet looks at the time, "Oh, it's getting late in the afternoon, Times, would you please show me the house?" She asks getting up, "Thanks for having us over, Harmonic, you can stay if you want."

Harmonic nods, "sure"

Daechiril smiles, "Of course, any time, oh and Times, don't worry about waking Serenity up, she's a sound sleeper"

Times looked at Scarlet and said "sure." Times looked at Serenity and Sabertooth. He grabbed the stuffed kitten and slowly picked up Sabertooth. Then he put the stuffed animal next to Serenity. Times looked Daechiril  and said "Thank you for the tea it was delicious.
