(I'll start this out with a cannon character of sorts)
Twilight was read some books in the Canterlot libary. She was reading about planets and hwo they work
"Intrestring", she said while reading. She then walked through the castle and to get some fresh air. After a couple of minutes then was a scream and slience.

Luna heard the scream not to far from where she was. So Luna being Luna started running to where she heard the scream come from, even though all she wanted to do was read. She ran as fast as she could, which was more like a jog, but she wanted to get there as fast as she could.

The Doctor heard the scream. Looking around, he thought he heard it from somewhere behind him but he couldn't be sure. Slowly heading in that direction, he tried to make sense of who screamed and why. After the scream he heard nothing. So he started to run towards the scream.

Luna started flying to the scream and was thinking that would be faster then running. WhenLuna thought she was close enough she started flying down, but when she was flying down, she fell down on a colt going in the diction of the scream. "Oh, I'm sorry" Luna said quickly getting up.

"Oof!" The Doctor fell over as he felt somepony crash into him. He looked at the crasher and when she apologised he just chuckled. "It's fine. I crash into things all the time." He said in response. He then looked to the direction of the scream. "Nice to crash into you but I've got to take care of something. Bye." The Doctor waved at her and began running in the direction of the scream again.

"Wait, let's go over there together, that's where I was heading to, I just thought that the scram was closer to where I was at, but I quests not" Luna said starting to follow him. "Oh I forgot to tell you, My name is Luna Flower, but you can call me Luna, so what's your name" Luna said trying to start a conversation.

The Doctor looked back as the downed pegasus ran up to him. "Well Luna Flower, if you're going in the same direction as I am then let's head there together." The Doctor told her. Letting her catch up they then started walking to the scream together. "My name's The Doctor." He answered her question.

"The Doctor, Doctor who" Luna said kind of confused, most ponies had names like SkyDreamer, or Vinly Scratch, or Derpy Hooves, but never had she meet a pony named Doctor. "Well Doctor, why did you come to Canterlot in the first place" Luna said changing the subject.

The Doctor continued to look straight ahead as they walked. "Just the Doctor. I came to Canterlot because the TARDIS malfunctioned and said that something was here. Apparently that something was the scream we just heard." The Doctor told Luna. He had heard the confusion but wanted her to figure things out for herself.

"Wait, what's a TARDIS, are you sure thats a real thing, because I never heard of it before, T-A-R-D-I-S, nope still haven't heard of it before, do the letters stand for something or is it just a name" Luna said still a little confused and curious about the TARDIS.

"Of course it's a real thing. T-A-R-D-I-S. It's an acronym for Time and Relative Dimensions in Space. It's basically a time machine but it can do much more than that." The Doctor told her. "What do you think the scream was? One of pain or one of terror?" The Doctor asked Luna nonchalantly.

"Time travling, is that why your cutie mark is an hour glass, and the scream sounded kind of like both" Luna said admiring his cutie mark, wondering why her isn't as interesting. "So what do you uselly do when it comes to time traveling, is it like traing the world" Luna asked.

"Depends. After we see what that scream was about I'll show you what I mean." The Doctor said. He tried to figure out where that scream came from. They appeared to be heading in the right direction but now he wasn't so sure. "Now that I think about it, the scream may have come from the other direction but just in case, let's keep heading this way." The Doctor said confusedly.

 

(It's fine. Now I just want to know what that scream was about. )

"Ok that's a good idea, and if we don't see anything soon we change directions, is that right" Luna said still following the Doctor. "Well now that I'm thinking about it that scream sounded familler to me, could it be a pony that I know or seen before" Luna asked herself out loud.

(From what I've gathered about the first post, I'm guessing that Twilight is the one who screamed?)

"It sounded familiar to you? In what way?" The Doctor asked. He had never heard the voice that screamed so therefore, he didn't know who had screamed. "If we don't see anything then we will change directions. Yes." The Doctor confirmed what he had said before.

"The scream sounded like it came from a pony that I know, I hope that she is ok" Luna said moving a little faster then before hoping its not to late to save the pony/ her friend. "So if I think it's who I think it is we might need to go to the library, because that's where she likes to be at" Luna said.

The Doctor ran ahead of her. "The library! Let's head there and see if we can find anything!" He called out behind him. He was getting excited now but he thought that the scream was kind of random and slightly off-putting. Nevertheless, he continued to run towards the Canterlot library.

He stopped his running when he figured out that he had no idea where to go. "Luna Flower, where do we go? Do you think you can lead us in the right direction?" The Doctor asked her when she caught up to him.

"Well I been to the library many times, if you haven't notes, I do have a library book with me because I was reading earlier, and the only time I see that pony is at the library" Luna said holding up her book about music, then started leading the way to the library.

"A book about music? Are you a singer?" The Doctor asked her as he followed. This is the first time he's been to Canterlot in a while and hasn't had a chance t catch up with the times yet. "Why do you see her only at the library? She doesn't get out much?" He asked her again.

"Well if you haven't seen my cutie mark, because of my wings, it's a music note, like you have a hour glass, and not only do I sing have have a few instruments, and yes she dosent get out much, she is very busy studying for well everything, she is Celestia's personal student, but she still love to read" Luna said moving her wings for a while so the Doctor can see her cutie mark.

"Celestia's personal student." The Doctor echoed. He remembered seeing her in the future. She looked sad though because it was very far into her timeline. "I know her but in her future. Wouldn't hurt to see her in the present. Let's hurry." The Doctor suggested and began to pick up speed, still heading in the direction of the library.

"He's acting like a little colt, wow well I might as well cach up with him" Luna said wondering why he is acting like a colt all of a sudden. "You are a very interesting earth pony, I never seen other ponies act like that well except for the younger ones" Luna said as she finally catched up with the Doctor.

"That I am. I am also extremely different. Now, I think we're at the library." The Doctor said as he skidded to a halt in front of a relatively large building. He looked around for some sort of thing that could lead to the whereabouts of Celestia's student. "Is this the right place?" He asked curiously.

"Yes this is the library, but where is everypony, and the library is usually packed by this time of day, and yes ponies here do like the library" Luna said walking around a little bit, almost in circles. "Well lets see, there are missing ponies,and its quiet too" Luna said still walking around.

"I never would have guessed." He muttered. He stood up and began to walk to the library. "If there isn't anypony outside then maybe they are indoors?" He asked. He pushed open the door and took a quick peek inside. Seeing nothing, he opened the door further and stepped in.
