Question for people that have uploaded vectors to dA. Is there a particular file type I should upload in other than .png?

Quite nice. There are a few spots where the lines aren't quite as curved as they should be, like the flowers on the gown and Fluttershy's right front leg. There are hardly any straight lines in the show's character art, so these stand out a bit.

 

Technically, it's not actually a vector unless it is an image composed of mathematical curves rather than pixels. As you did this in Inkscape, it's easy to get a true vector image out of it - just save it as an SVG file and upload that instead of the PNG. "SVG" stands for "scalable vector graphics", meaning that the image can be rendered infinitely large and still look good. A PNG needs to be resampled and will get blurry or pixelated if you try to make it larger.

Okay, that actually makes sense ^^" And yeah, I noticed the straight lines not long after I uploaded, but I needed a small break before going back to fix it x_x At least it gives me something to do again tomorrow
