Idk, The Simpsons used to be my favorite show before I started watching MLP. Then... I just stopped watching them. They are so low right now. Maybe not, there are possibilitys (Or however that is written, sorry) that they ruin the show for me. So no.

I hope you know that there IS NO REFERENCE. the guy writing this thought it was a reference, but it is not.

Homer: One "Perky Patty's Princess Shop" please.

Comic Guy: Ah! always nice to meet a fellow AMFoP.

Homer: A what?

Comic guy: Adult Male Fan of Princesses.

Homer: It's for my daughter!

Comic guy: Yes, It's always for the daughter

This references AMFoL's, or the name of the group that plays with legos. (Adult Male Fans of Legos). A common thing to see is them saying it's for their kid, to which the common reply is "Yes, It's always for the kid."

 

So yeah, not really a reference to Bronies.

Well, I understand how some people didn't like the Bob's Burgers version, because they thought it was bad, but to say it was bad because of its vagueness is wrong. As Paleovlogsaboutstuff said, " it was more of a spoof on obsessive fans in general ". Anyways, I agree with @Dattebayo on the fact that most likely it won't be good, seeing as Simpsons glory days ended long ago.
