Soul watched desperately towards the east. "C'mon... C'mon..." he whispered, as if it would do something. He waited. The princesses HAD to be alive, or else the sun would not rise. it gave him comfort each morning to see them move, to know the kingdom was not dead. Daylight broke across the blackness of night, illuminating the night before's battle. He listened quietly, hearing only a few ponies move around in the camp. Some were still asleep. He turned around and looked at the group. "Up! Up! Get up, all of ya! Day only lasts so long!" He stopped himself. He almost said 'Front and center', but this was not some military platoon. While they were waking up and getting ready, he went over and checked their supplies, only to see the mare that had attracted the horde drink the last of the water. He sighed. there's today's first chore... he thought. "Alright, when y'all are ready to introduce yourselves again, we're ready. everyone kinda shuffled off to bed before we got a full name roster. Again, I am Soul Survivor. I was a retired Royal Guard, given alicorn status due to my rank. though, as you can see.." he motioned to his braces on his wings and his broken horn "...not everything went according to plan. You only have to say as much as you want to. I know this world has not been very nice the past week."

Soul squeezed himself through a hole in the sewer wall, greeted by the faint glow of the torch he had placed there before. Who knew the Crystal Empire's Sewers could be so filthy? He got through to the other side, and, using his Magic, levitated his armor through the hole after him. Putting it on, he looked around the walls, checking them for cracks that might show the sewer weakening, After all, he didn't want it to collapse on him! He was staying at an old Mercenaries Hideout, one that existed before the empire was frozen. According to some old books he had found (preserved through he crystal empire's freeze) The entire group was taken prisoner by Sombra, leaving the place abandoned, and left to town lore. Opening the Iron door, he looked into the darkness that greeted him. 'Great' He thought 'The torches must have burnt out again.' Taking care not to trip over anything, he made his way to the bag on the ground by his hoof. Opening it, he took out a small magical lighter, and lit the first torch up. Placing the lighter back in the bag, he went around the room, lighting the torches. A rat scurried across the ground, away from Soul and the light. 'Filthy Animals...' He thought to himself. Looking around the now-lit hideaway, he walked over to his temporary bed, lied down on it, and started cleaning himself and his armor for the third time that day.

If you are able... why not just create a tap-a-talk port, like I suggested?

Soul watched as Malinter walked away, then turned to Glory. "Sadly, I am. Technicolor died on the way over there, and was dead in his cage. Mantorok was poisoned, and I am nearly starved." As Artemis said 'Cure', Soul began to think. "Perhaps... But I did get this." He pulled out the dusty old book, and flipped it open. "This book was given to me by Malinter. He said it's his journal from his trip over here... I skimmed it, it says a lot about all sorts of things... what the landscape was like, Who the other ponies were, I think there was even a map somewhere... But I was always seeing one word... Equibane." Flipping to the last page, he picked up the letter with his magic. "This letter was the last one he was going to send to Celestia, but it never got delivered. We have limited options here... but Delivering this letter is one of our top priorities."

Soul yawned as he awoke. He had been waking up at regular hours himself for the past week for safety, and it wasn't until he bumped into the bat pony overlooking the camp that he remembered he didnt have to anymore. Either way, he turned to the pony. "So... Don't think we've been introduced. Name's Soul Survivor. I was a Royal Guard for princess Celestia and Luna. I was, after years of service, granted Alicorn ranking in the guard... As you may have noticed." He looked up at the sky, the stars shining brilliantly against the dark blue backdrop, the moon hovering silently over the hills. "But those days are gone. They were gone long before this dreaded apocalypse... There was a war... I-I cant recall many details, and frankly, i don't want to, but i was injured... A pony crushed my horn and badly damaged the tissue around my wings. I have to wear this brace forever unless i can find a healer with enough magic to fix it." He chuckled. "And that seems almost impossible now... Anyway, i haven't met a bat pony who doesn't try to kill everyone on sight before. Care to tell me anything about yourself?"

He saw one pony trying to sneak away,only to bump into another new pony. "Seriously, where do you all keep coming from?" soul muttered to himself. He shouted to get everyone's attention: "Oy! We've survived a horde, now I think it's time we were introduced to each other." Walking over to the Firepit in the middle, pushing a zombie corpse out of it, he began to light a fire. It was getting dark anyway, so they'd need something. He got a small stack of wood together, then looked at the Unicorn with light magic. "Excuse me, miss. Can you light this for me with your magic? I'd appreciate it." Looking back at the group, he began to introduce himself. "Hello to all of you, Since I already know Silver Spades and StrikeOut, I'll introduce myself to the rest of you. My name is Soul Survivor. I am a retired Royal Guardsman. I had this place set up before you all came here, and I am grateful that you all helped defend it. Can you all introduce yourselves so we know who everypony is before we go to sleep? I, for one, am tired after killing that many zombies."

Hey, sorry if this is taking so long. It's a map of Ponyville, which I suspect I'll be using a lot, so I'm puttin a lot of effort into it...

Soul laughed as two more pegasi appeared. "It's just a party today, aint it?" He stopped laughing. This was not that funny. Running over to his swords and armor, he saw the unicorn that had brought the horde here shoot a bolt of light magic at one of the zombies. 'Light magic' soul thought, 'if we live, that could be usefull.' Getting to his swords, he heard a zombie's grumbling behind him. Without thinking, Soul bucked at it, his hoof implanting itself in the ponies face. That didn't feel good... Shaking off the remains, he ran to the front of the horde, to the two Pegasi. About halfway there, he was stopped by a zombie, this mare looked like, in life, she had a Yellow coat and long, smooth pink hair. In the afterlife, this was coated in splotches of blood, some still wet, others encrusted on her. Soul ran by the zombie, grabbing what was left of its hair as it walked by. Swinging the hair, and by extension, the zombie, in the air, he heard a cracking noise. Putting a lot of effort into one last swing, he separated the mare's body from her head, sending the body flying, hitting two more Unicorn zombies before slamming into a tree. Soul held the skull up in the air with magic. Might as well make a joke... Lighten the mood. "Romeo, oh Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo..." He said loudly, hoping the others saw. Dropping the skull and running to the front lines, he saw something interesting. There were only about 14 zombies left, but they were confused as to which blur of motion and sound they should be following. He turned to the only defenseless pony in the group, Silver Spades. Giving him one of his swords, he winked at him. "Do me a favor, dont die." Soul said, then moved on. There were a lot more Zombie skulls to be crushed.

That was... Really short... Im guessing your still working on it? Anyway, criticism is not what im here for... Yeah ill make a map of Ponyville with most of the backround characters (and some famous OCs, such as button mash) labeled. Ill then send you an edited copy with one of the blank houses labeled as your OC's.

Grapz224's Request Shop yay Hello! and Welcome to my Request Shop! I am opening an odd Request shop, I do NOT draw OC's, or ponies at all! I draw MAPS. Ok, bold italics off. I am opening a Request shop for Maps. More specifically, maps for RP's, Fanfic's, or anything that needs a map. There are 3 levels I am willing to draw at: 1) Quick-map ~I should be able to get about 3-4 of these done each week. this is where you explain to me using text what you want. The Image will be quickly done, using all the information I can gather from what you give me. I am not a mind reader, if you tell me Pony A is in building A, then they will be labeled to be in Building A. 2) Read-Through ~This will take longer, depending on how long the fanfic or RP is. I will read through it and draw a map based on any information I can get. I will draw it from the END of the RP or fanfic. Soul was startled by the appearance of another pony at his camp, his experience with the few Bandit groups so far had not been pleasant ones, But this pony looked afraid and, more importantly, alone. While he was inspecting her, he did notice that she had been sweating recently. 'Running? From zombies? Did any of them follow her here...?' Soul thought to himself. While StrikeOut was asking if she was bit, he walked past her and looked in the general direction she had come from. Ponyville. His stomach dropped at what he saw. Walking slowly towards the camp was a group of about 20-30 zombies. "Dear Celestia save us all..." he murmured. He turned around to the three ponies, who were still talking to the newcomer. "Strikeout, I really hope you have a strong Bat... and can run... Cause whoever THIS is," He motioned to the new pony, "She attracted some of those things from ponyville who are still following her. Unless something else distracts them, they'll be here by Sundown. They are a ways away... but I don't have any ranged weaponry..." Soul gulped. They were about to dance with the devil. @@Malinter, @, (OoC: you have to remember here, Soul has no idea who Pious is, or why Malinter is fighting him.) As the Crystal Unicorn ran from Malinter, before Malinter could run away, Soul got in front of him. "Malinter, ENOUGH. You've made your point, and he is hurt enough! You did what you came here to do, Escort me to this group. You gave me the book on Equibane's Properties, and we are not a threat to you! Mantorok has already died by your hoof, so let's not spill more blood than needed!" As Soul said this, he looked into Malinter's eyes. the Pupals were heavily dialated, a sign that the Hulking pony was not thinking with his own mind, but that the Equibane was controlling him. As Soul talked, they became slightly less dialated... He was getting through.

@@Malinter, Soul was going through the Hole Malinter had dug out when the building Collapsed, and the hole filled itself in. comeing out the other end, he looked over at the Building and saw Glory's Torn cape hanging off one of the Pillars, A bit of Wolf Fur on the ground, and a Crystal Unicorn looking smug. "Who the buck are you, what the buck did you just do to Glory, Artemis, and Malinter?" Soul demanded. "You better have a DAMN good explanation. Oh, and if you were trying to kill Malinter, it's not gonna be enough." Proving his point, Malinter appeared out of the rubble. Soul walked over to the rubble. This Unicorn had tried to kill Artemis and Glory, if Malinter wanted to hurt him, it would be fine by Soul. Looking through the remains, he found Glory and Artemis under a Bathtub that had fallen on top of them upside-down, protecting them from the wreck. lifting it off, he looked at his friends. "Can any of you explain to me what the Buck happened while I was gone?"

Soul took a second and quickly shushed them. After a moment of silence, he looked at the pony that appeared from the bush. "Are you trying to get us killed! Whisper! Those things have pinpoint accurate hearing, surely you know that! Anyway, follow me. Ill take you both to my camp." Soul started to walk away, Silver and the other pony behind him. When they reached the camp, he turned around and spoke normally. "Welcome to Camp. I set up here not long ago, and its a little rustic, but its not for looks. We can talk normally here, ive spent the most of my time clearing away the zombies around here, but im starting to get low on food and water... now that i have you two, ill only have enough for today... After that we'll need to find a secure water source." The camp itself was-as Soul described it- rustic. It consisted of a small rocky fire pit in the center of a clearing, with a military tent set up near the edge of the trees. There was a hammock hanging in-between two trees, and a bag by the foot of the tent. There was also a water bag that looked almost empty on the opposite side of the clearing as the tent. As the two ponys looked at the clearing Soul looked at them and said "Make yourselves at home, just dont shout. Oh, and one last thing, dont feel obligated to tell me anything that happened to you. I know how hard it can be to bring back painful memories" Taking off his royal armour and laying his swords down on top of them, Soul got into the hammok and watched the others. It felt nice to finally talk to someone again.

(Ooc: I have no idea what the above post was about...) Malinter took off in front of Soul, who was startled. Was he going to hurt the research group? Not knowing what to do, Soul took off after Malinter. ~ They had been running for around 45 minutes. Soul was sweating like crazy, a combination of the heat and how long he had been running at full speed. He could keep up with Malinter, but he noticed Malinter had not even broken a sweat. How much could this hulking pony take!? Seeing something sparkle on the ground around 20 feet away, Soul changed course and went to it. It was his Double Swords, lying on the ground like a marker for some huge battle, with dried blood on the ground close by. Without stopping, Soul picked them up and put them in their sheaths. Looking back at Mailinter, Soul was startled to see him running PAST the train station. He was so far past it, he was nearly a speck in the distance. Soul took a deep breath and ran after him, his muscles aching. He had an idea. It would hurt... But it was worth a shot. Concentrating on Malinters outline in the distance, Soul concentrated his magic. He felt his horn scream in pain as he cast a weak teleportation spell. As Soul re-appeared by Malinter's side, Soul screamed in pain, then gritted his teeth and opened his eyes. Right in front of them was an abandoned town, its buildings breaking down and moldy. Malinter stopped, and so did Soul. He sighed. At least THAT was over. He looked at the huge pony at his side. "Where are we?" He asked Malinter.

"Ok, good." Soul replied. This pony seemed tense, and soul knew he would beed to help calming him down. Who knows what this pony had seen? "Come on down from the tree, son. Im not going to hurt you. Names Soul. Soul Survivor. I'm a retired Royal Guard. Or at least I was. C'mon, walk with me. Ive got a small camp set up nearby, and i dont want our talking to attract more of those... Things... You must be hungry." Soul waited for the pony to get down from the tree. As he waited, he heard rustling in a nearby bush. "Hurry. I don't know if there are others around..."

(OoC: im just being smart, but ill admit this is a tricky scenario... Oh i know!) The medic watched his über charge rate... 30%...20%...10%... As the chip fried, he jumped out of the way of the spy's bullets, a few hitting him in the leg as he jumped. The dispenser started to patch up his wounds again, but the RED medic jumped and landed on top of the blu engineer, stabbing him in the stomach with his bonesaw as he did so. Taking out his needlegun once more, he continued to fire, putting the engineers between himself and the Spy.

"Doomkoffs..." The medic muttered. "I cas hoping to save zis, but you leave me no choice" the ReD medic said when the BLU medic appeared. Quickly, he pulled out his Quickfixx and hit the Ubercharge, just has the RED engineer came through the teleporter. He had to work fast. He healed the Engineer to give him Uber for a few seconds, then felt four bullets hit his head from behind. He turned around and pulled out his needlegun and opened fire at the spy. "I vas going to kill you later, but now vill work." He said, firing. When the Engineers ubercharge ran out, ge turned ariund for a second and hit him with the beam again, renewing his Ubercharge. (Btw, ive done this tactic in game and it worked... Though i did have a heavy and not an engineer)

(So you know how im traveling? Well i just got to my hotel... And i need sleep. Putting this on a temporary "pause" state... Mostly for SnipSnap as hes responding the quickest. Im going to bed, i hope i dont have to read a shakespearian novel on this forum when i wake up... I'll edit this with what ima going to do when i wake up, just... For now please dont kill me.)

Henry regained consciousness in time to see the scouts dead body, and 2 engineers. Shaking his head to make sure he wasnt seeing double, he got up. Moving quickly, he yanked the cleaver from his chest. "Oohh... Interesting..." He said as the wound healed quickly thanks to his quick-fix and the dispenser. He grabbed his quick-fix and started to heal the RED engineer. "Zis will only sting a little, i PROMISE." He said tp the BLU engi.
