Gear was in Whiterun to pick up supplies. He entered the city, and everyone on the street ran away. "Everyone here is afraid of the brotherhood, smart." Gear entered the bannered mare and sat down. Gear was well knowed there and didn't even have to ask for a drink.

Nier was surprised that one of the Dark brother hood members are here. "Well whats a Dark Brotherhood doing here anyways" Nier said looking at the Kajiht. "There a mark here are are you just stopping by" Nier said as he stood up. "Names Nier mind telling me who you are"

Gear looked at the man who claimed to be neir, "Maybe I'm here to kill you, or maybe not, you'll never know until I have a knife up your spine. My name is Gearhart, nice to know you." Gear said to Neir, questioning this mans sanity. Who would walk up to one of the brothers and just say, hi.

"Ha ha I see you like to be funny, I planned on joining them but decided against it because I am not usually quiet" Nier said conjuring fire and ice into his hands. "I still need to learn a bit more, I heard there was a school based on the specialty of magic" He said

"That is true, but if you thought it was this way, you're dead wrong, I can take you, if you wish. And if you want, I can teach you blood magic, but if you want it, you need me to bite you, it isn't painful, but it is rewarding. I am not a normal vampire you know." Gear said.

Connor was sitting just down the bar when he heard the word vampire, he quickly turned to look at the person who said it and sneered when he spotted a member of the dark brotherhood. He stood up and walked over to the brother and placed his hand on his shoulder with firm grip and spoke in a slightly agitated tone.

 

"Excuse me buddy but I'm gonna have to ask you to leave, your kind ain't welcome here"

"Do you really want to fight me? As long as I don't kill anyone in this bar I stay, but you might be spread all over this city. You don't know what you're messing with. Go back to your little dome and leave me alone, before I bring you back myself." Gear said to the new one.

Connor tightened his grip and growled.

 

"Trust me I know what I'm dealing with, a two bit assassin who thinks he's big cause he's wearing brotherhood colours, that don't scare me and neither does your threat, now I'll say it one more time and if you don't leave, I'm gonna make you, and I'm sure my two friends over there would be delighted to join in"

 

He points over his shoulder to two nords in steel plate armor, both of them are glaring at the vampire.

"I could take you all on," Gear said, changing to vampire lord. He saw the two iron armored warriors cowered. "Do you still think you can beat me? And I know you're a werewolf, so let's take this outside, I don't want to get this bar a new paint job." Gear replied to the companion.

Connor smiled and gestured to the door, while the two companions behind him stood up and walked outside.

 

"I'd prefer the term lycan, come on then let's go leech, I'm gonna enjoy making a pendant out of your fangs"

 

Connor said as he turned to walk out of the inn.

Nier just stood tehre and listened to the lycan before sighing. "Good thing im not like him...also what is this blood magic you speak of it sounds intriguing" Nier said before noticing. "I also have no intentions of letting you bite me at all" Nier added before sitting down.

Gear went outside to see the companion turn into a werewolf. "On my journeys I killed plenty of your friends, I believe one of them was a female, I couldn't tell under all the fur." Gear said to the companion, "Prepare to die, fool. Are there any last words I need to put on your tombstone?"

Gear heard Nier ask about blood magic, "Well, you need to be a vampire in order to do it. But as I'll demonstrate, I can take the life of an enemy and make it my own." Gear said, using a drain life spell. "Only vampires can do this, and, even being scratched by my claws will give anyone the disease to make a person a vampire."

Upon her ransacking of a local lock box at the bar. She couldn't help but notice a brawl steaming between what looked to be a werewolf and a vampire and followed them outside. She took a diamond ring from the Idolaf Battleborn who was as deeply caught up in the brewing fight and casually leaned up against a building watching the events play out. She hadn't had this much fun since the war against the Aldmeri Dominion. Ah, such was the way of being able to sneak up on your opponents be it elf or anybody for that matter. It had a certain satisfaction that few things offered in life.

When Gear launched the lycan to the roof of a building, he had time to turn around and see a spectator. The audience looked to be a nightingale, "You know, I used to be a nightingale, but I didn't get any pay, so I quit. Nice to see our opponents are still in buisness, how's the cave?" Gear said to the nightingale.

Nier kept quiet watching this battle that was going on between the lycan and the Sanguine Vampirus. "Interesting how you noticed just now" Nier said as he knew the Nightinggale was here. "So far four of us are here, two are fighting and two are watching the fight"

(Sanguine vampiris is the disease)

 

Gear was confused, the companion is a nightingale, that was the only idea that could make sense. "Well then, my bad," Gear said to the lycan, "I never would have thought that a ruffian like you was capable of being a merc." Gear said, turning back to his normal form.

(Haven't played Skyrim since 3 or four years ago)

 

Nier sighed. "All these names and jobs yet I don't got one and I don't need one...I'm more of a freelancer" Nier said as he started to leave the area. "Besides...I don't want to stay here long if you are a vampire anyways" Nier said as he looked at the Nightingale. "Why don't you come down since we already know you are here"

Hina replied, "Might as well...i was going to let you boys fight it out before i walked in. I don't recall you in any of my heists with Karliah but, she did say some things about you." She said with hint of humor as she finally approached the group, "I thought about the Dark Brotherhood for a while, but why join when you kill the opportunity for repeat business." She said to the group, "I am Hina, Imperial Army Veteran and Nightingale. I usually don't do with company but i think i can make an exception for you."

"I'm Nier, Freelancer and explorer" Nier said not minding being someone who works for nothing excpet random jobs or request form people who need help. "What the use keeping the same job if you don't get any freedom...you see, being a Freelancer I only help people or steal from others because I'm not bound by my job or anything...pretty easy life till you have to fight Giants" Nier said remembering wandering into a Giant Camp and had to summon a Frost and a Strom Atronoch to kill them.

Gear looked at Nier, "Sounds like quite the life, but I prefer to actually get paid, at least, 500 gold when I get a contract done, I don't believe the king has as much money as I do." Gear said, looking at two katana holsters, "So you like using katanas, ehh?" Gear said.

"Yes I do like using katanas and also on you offer...I would like to become a vampire besides I mostly travel at night anyways and sleep during the day...only down side is that people will hate me if I enter the towns" Nier said. "Eh who cares if they hate me anyways" Nier said

Gear looked at him and waved his finger, "People only hate if you do something wrong," Gear snickered. "If you want to be a vampire, we have to do it at Castle Volikier, one of my kin diserves no less. But even the people there will hate you, not for race, but for you being a newbie."

"I'll deal with it" Nier said as he conjured a storm atronoch. "Just hope they don't mind being pucned by lighting if they try to attack me" Nier said before the atronich disappeared. "Hey do you know of the daedric staff known as the Sanguine Rose...been looking for it for a long time"

Hina nodded in agreement, "I have a friend in Riften who might have a lead on the rose." As the new found comrades discuss their various incomes and adventures. One can hear the sound of a Dragon roaring in the distance, "Hmm sounds like we company arriving", said Hina casually as everyone else around peasant and guard alike prepared for the incoming onslaught. "looks like we get to see those katanas in action eh, Nier?" As panic and chaos erupted around them...

Nier smiled. "Normally I would use my greatsword and bow but I can use my two katanas" Nier said drawing a normal katana and a enchanted katana. " Get it down and this will be easier" Nier said as he drew his bow out. "Hit the wings and it will fall to the ground"
