Backstory/Origen story:

When an alien race, the shantosians (

), tried to silently invade earth Parker Whitehead accidentally went in one of their ships. He was chased by two shantosians down a hallway and fell into one of their experimental pools. They thought he died from the radiation,  so they went back to commanding the ship. When Parker woke up, there were two shantosian scientists next to him. He ran from them and while he was running thought about his dog that he had left outside. When he snapped back into reality, he was a golden retriever. This let him escape at a greater speed. Before he exited the ship, however, it started taking off. He retreated into the cargo bay and fell asleep. When he woke up, he was human again and there was a shantosian in front of him. The shantosian knocked Parker out and brought him to the shantosian arena to be executed. There he faced four beasts and killed them all. (the shadow hawk, the flrag'h, the plasma dragon and the shantosian horror.) After the battle he escaped into a spaceship... In it however was the leader of the shantosians. After a long and tiring battle, he slayed their leader and returned to earth. With their leader dead, the shantosians stopped the pointless conquest for earth. No other thing on earth ever found out about the shantosians, and the shantosians never returned. After this, Parker stayed in the shadows and silently killed criminals or left them for the police.
