Hey guys, sorry I haven't posted a drawing in a few days I feel I did too many and wore myself out a little, so I decided to do a drawing today of one of my favourite ponies Princess Cadence, hope you enjoy, I also decided not to colour it since I think it will look slightly odd.

Not bad, not bad at all. It looks just like the reference you used. You honestly did a great job on it. You should try drawing without a reference sometime (just want to see).

 

Yeah im considering trying that out tommorow to see how it goes :P

Not bad, not bad at all. It looks just like the reference you used. You honestly did a great job on it. You should try drawing without a reference sometime (just want to see).

 

I agree with Sharp Staccato guy it look's really good and you should defiantly try free style at some point :)

 

I'm trying to work out why the eye is drawn like that, in the original vector it's like there is a black bit going across the center of the eye. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or something by the vectoring artist, but it just look's a little bit odd to me :P

 

You've also missed out some of the detail on her dress (the swirl's at the back).

nice, keep up the work... I like cadence character she has more personalty than the other alicorns in the show, being a Queen now (logic states since she is married she is now a queen) and rules the crystal kingdom with shining armor as her husband.

wow... thats awesome! nice job! it's like... perfect. an exact copy of the pic you used. I'm really impressed. can you make one colored too?

 

I could attempt a coloured one but I personally don't think it would work well since the colours won't be as bold so it wouldn't look as good but I could attempt that too ^^

Nahh I drew it legit ^^ took me about 2 hours though x)

I hate you because you are so good at drawing with a reference. My first reference drawing was Fluttershy and that was nowhere near as good as yours. GJ!

 

I took Art and Graphics GCSE :P but if I didn't have a reference I don't think it would be as good :P but if you practice its much easier ^^

 

 

I am in love with this drawing! :D

The lines are perfect, I don't really have any complaints this is really good! Please...draw more...I love your drawings.
