If you want to learn how to make a Tulpa it certainly isn't easy.

A lot of time and commitment has to be put in to make one. There's this general rule that there really isn't a "wrong way" to make a Tulpa.

Tulpa.info has a lot of helpful information that can help you tremendously if your really interested in making one.

The best thing I can tell you is to automatically tell in your mind your tulpa is already with you. Keep on narrating to it as if they were already there.
