      I Don't care if the game is unresponsive on my PC i will switch to another game that runs smoothly if it doesn't i'll go buy it on my Console and that's why i will be buying the Xbox One i don't care if it runs on 30FPS i play for the fun not for the "Fanciness" of the graphics or how high the Frame rate will be.

      Frame rate does more than just impact how smooth a game looks, ya know. It also means your game is more responsive because it takes half the time to render a game in 60FPS than it does in 30FPS. So, what you're saying is, you don't care if a game takes 33.3ms to respond to your inputs? (For comparison, 60FPS is 16.6ms.)
