I guess the bottom line is that you've enjoyed it. Maybe, yeah, it's okay to nitpick from time to time. But, well, if a really teeny-tiny nitpick, often times just their own jaded view of 'how I wanted it to be', destroys any kind of enjoyment of an otherwise great animated movie for someone, well, it's their loss. :T
I guess in a world of The Emoji Movie, Boss Baby, and other 'meh' animated movies for kids released this year, there'll always be an MLP Movie that shines through the 'meh' stack. I'm sure there are other great releases this year, but, I haven't seen them. lel
Happy to hear it. I enjoyed it quite a lot as well and it seems the fan opinion overall is positive. With some of these horrendous 'critic' reviews poisoning things, it is nice to see positivity from those in the fandom.
