    Kadences horn was still sharper than Twilights when she was young. Its obvious. And its not just my own theory a bit of it was speculated at a brony panel I recently attended. And I really think something similar may happen. Why else would Shining Armor be showing up more and more if he didn't have another very important role to play? And this theory reall circles around Fausts revelation that Shining Armor.was originally going.to be a female character named "Twilight Twinkle."

    On watching the season 3 finale for the millionth time I came up with a plausible idea for season 4 amd why Twily may have been made an Alicorn. I noticed that while she grew wings her horn didn't change, and all of the princesses have very long very sharp horns, while Twilights stayed short and round. My thoughts are what if she was never meant to be a princess? On hearing some words from Lauren Faust I fiund out that there wasn't originally going to be a "Twilight Sparkle", but a "Twilight Twinkle" instead. This mare would have been the female equivalent of Shining Armor. What if this hidden was brought to life in a means that Celestia reveals that perhaps only a first born filly may be a princess, but the expectant Twilight family had a colt first instead? What if all the tests and student work and limits being pushed were Celestias way of testing Twilight to see if she would be able to withstand the extremely dangerous spell that would make her an Alicorn? Perhaps the mares body will reject the wings and we will see a bit of space where Alicorn Twilight is real Twilights own worst enemy, rendering the Elements of Harmony, which could potentially save her life and attitude, useless, until Shining Armor, who is able to get closest to her, swipes her element and becausw of bloodline and similar cutie mark is able to use it to help the others save her. I know its an elaborate idea, but its possible. :3 Opinions?

    This theory is relevant only to BUFF stallions. Stallions with bodies like Shining Armor, Prince Blueblood, and all of the other Knights of the Royal Guard. Big Mac has the build but he's also a normal earth pony so maybe that has something to do with it

    No sweetie, it really is Kadence. If you go to walmart and look for a figure of her, is says "Princess Kadence." on the box. And if does get a song it should have something to do with Twily and Kadence.

    We've all heard the Mane 6 sing, as well as Kadence and even Queen Chrysalis.in both her own form and Kadences. With the latest newer singing voice we've heard being Spikes, it makes me wonder if well ever get to hear Shining Armor sing. Id personally love to see him get a song. How about you? .

    There could be a really heartwarming story behind it. Shining Armor wouldve had to get his cutie mark late because of the age differemce.though. I dont know. Maybe most Stallions are like Big Mac and get them a little bit late or something. I really do want to know how Shiming Armor got his cutie mark though. Yes! Thank you CaptainBlue808. My theory is DEFINATELY applied to buff stallions only. This is why I nicknamed them as having a "royal" build. All the guards and princes have this build. And you would think the guards would be born into families of guards. So why not be born with a cutie mark related to your birthright?

    And just to add I really didn't mean to imply sexism. I got the notion from the BBBFF song and from what Lauren Faust said. It just honestly seems odd to me that she said that but that Twily is so much younger than him. Perhaps he just didn't get his cutie mark until after she was born.

    I'm a girl lol and by "royal" I did mean bulky. Forgive me btw for forgetting what AJ said about Big Mac. I do know that the purple six pronged star within the sheild in Shining Armors represents Twilight. Faust herself said that. And as I said its just an opinion. . I really do think Shining Armor may have been born with all or part of his though.

    It seems to me that all of the "royal" Stallions, meaning the big muscular ones like Big Mac, Prince Bluenlood, and Shining Armor himself might actually be born with their cutie marks! Do we ever see scense where they earn them? And do they not seem to have them at a very young age? I've also noticed that the boys' marks are very representative of future talents rather than earned talents. Like how Shining Armors cutie marl represents him being protective of Twilight Sparkle, and how Big Macintoshs mark shows that he is the "man" of his family. What are your opinions?

    Hiya! I'm Darian and I'm the biggest Shining Armor fan youlle ever meet! I previously joined another forum site and they bullied me into leaving because the admin "Shining Armor" didn't want me to have "Shining Armor" in my name too. That won't happen here will it? Shining Armor is all I have to represent my big brother.
