    Thanks Pony Alchemist. I'll keep that in mind So far it's kiind of rough and written in a kind of strange first person, past tense perspective (with some present perspective inner thoughts sort of thing.) It' a little odd to write but I'm having fun though. If there's a consensus I'll upload it to this thread as a reply (attachment) Thanks Pony Alchemist I'll keep your offer in mind. At the moment it feels very rough though I'm having fun with writing it out by getting it down as it bubbles up in my mind. I've heard that that's the best way to do these sorts of things. How true is that though?

    I started it off as if the char already been there for a year and is having a sort of moment where he's just rememberin the events of it. Basically he ended up in Equestria as a result of a "rage wish" youcould say. AFter a really just terribad day: he's laying there and before he dozed off he's cursing the world and wishing fervently that he could escape the dumbassry of it all. Wakes up in Equestria, dumped in a meadow.

    I got it into my head to write an oc fanfic for MLP that would involve (of course) meeting and making friendsd with the mare 6 but I have a horrid time with "starting up" as it were. my idea is that a char is dropped from earth into equestria as a result of "rage wish" you could call it. (like "I hate this world and wish I could be somewhere else!" sort of thing) Any suggestions on how to start up and things to keep in mind while writing would bhe appreciated. Thanks everyone in advance.

A: The Trigun catchphrase nature of it: "LOVE AND PEACE!" That and the fact there's alot of acceptance here than in other cultures. 5.) Do you consider MLP-related activities to be your primary hobby? A: Not entirely at the present. 6.) What percentage of your leisure activities would you estimate are related to MLP? A: Hmm I ...dont' really know T_T 7.) What portion of your friends also consider themselves bronies? A: 90% considering irl I have very few friends. 8.) If you have non-brony friends, are you ‘out’ as a brony to them? If so, has this affected your relationship with them in any way? A: Nope. Why? Cuz they don't ask. 9.) Do you feel that bronies as a group are put upon or stigmatized on the internet? (Or society as a whole?) A: Probably, but you're always going to face some kind of critcism no matter where you go.

    Pft jus tlet the haters hate. And trolls? They regenerate no matter how much you try to kick them; better off just ignorin them and proving who's the more mature person. People just think that MLP is entirely for "little girls" and probably most of them think any bronies are all "oh you're wannabe pedos" or something. They can all need a cold shower and an apple fritter from AJ's apple farm. Right...right guys? :3

    Personally I try to be open about it but I'm sometimes wary of ending up questioned about it in ways I'm not prepared to answer. But I so show my support and the fact I am a brony in smaller ways ike the brony band I'm wearing right now. The way I view it is that it's like everythin else: I like and if you don't you can go soak your head. Honestly I feel like getting to be a brony and into the series as a whole has had the effect on me that it's probably had on everyone. It's made us all better people in subtle ways that get noticed in small, yet appreciative ways. As for being more open: I'd wear a shirt in support and display of my status, if I had them. But I do not (yet) so the band has to do.

Oh well. at least it sounds good V My first name starts with "T" and my last name starts with "L" so yeah.... too bad I couldn't have gotten something more manly sounding but I cant' complain. It makes it sound like I'm ...Berry... Lucky. *sunglasses*

    XD I couldnt' resist. After Luna, AJ is my favorite pony. But I wanted to drop a topic here to greet everyone, even though I don't really know what all to really say. Admittedly joining a site and postin the first time always makes me a little nervous; but I've "herd" good things about this forum so that helps . It's great to be here, that's the sense I'm already getting.
