    I was creating this post for the Creative Resources Section of the forums when I realized something on the second hour of working this, is this even really needed? Anyway, take a look and decide if I should continue working on this. Welcome to The Artists Resource Guide to Drawing Ponies and Beyond! The purpose of this thread is to answer common questions which refer to drawing ponies (and beyond!) while providing links and resources to help further ones understanding and knowledge to drawing. This thread is aimed towards all levels of experience and will require the support of everyone to keep all guides and resources up to date. While I'll chip in my own words, keep in mind that I'm no professional and I'm speaking from personal experience. Like all sources of information on the net, just because it's here doesn't mean it's true. Be sure to critically think about what you're reading and remember, there's no 100% correct way to draw anything. Before we begin, I'd highly suggest visiting Stephen McCraine's Doodle Alley. Every piece he has there will provide insight on the creative process and will help you get a better idea on how one should approach their artistic side. I created section one and two because I'd like to believe that a story which comes from the heart and soul will help you connect and gain a better understanding that drawing isn't something mysterious and only attainable through talent.     All kids are different, this is true, some are more developed cognitively compared to others, but you still callously shove off the idea that all eleven year olds know exactly what they're doing and have thought of every open possibility before doing something. Of course, in this act of what I just said, I've also subtly notioned that all adults know of every possible option before going through with an option something. History of course has shown that this is not the case. When push comes to shove and we're overburdened, we make rash options when we feel as though it's the only way. The fact of the matter is that NOBODY should be thinking about suicide at such a young age, they should be thinking of spending time with their best friends and staying away from girls/boys because they've got cooties.

    You're right, it could easily be a scam, but I like to believe the following. The first being that EqD's previous experiences with situations such as this has taught them to not whimsically post something as serious as this without some kind of source in which they trust. They do openly say the following after all: The second being that I'd like to give the original individuals whom did reach out to EqD the benefit of the doubt. Besides, I'm not going to miss the money I donated. Dosh can always be reacquired in some form.

    Jesus Christ, this is insane. This is only more conclusive evidence how serious bullying is, yet more and more it seems as though it's still not taken seriously even with the programs which have been created to help prevent this. I know that I'll be donating some dosh when I can. To those of you whom can't donate or think you can't help out, you can! Send an e-mail to the family, draw a picture, make a song or video, LET THEM KNOW THAT THERE ARE THOSE WHO DO CARE AND THAT THEIR PLEA IS NOT FALLING ON DEAF EARS! Every bit of support helps.
