If its a problem you think is worth quiting studying over i'd get it sorted. University will still be there (techically speaking). If i've learnt anything its solve personal problems ASAP. they can turn from minor to major before you know it.

It already is a major problem because I ignored it for years. And now it's difficult to actually change something about it.
