A WARNING TO PEOPLE USING WINDOWS 11: a recent Windows 11 update has been reported to corrupt SSDs (the update in question is KB5063878).
After 50GB of continuous writing, the OS has been reported to no longer recognize the SSD. Sometimes, this seems to be fixed after a simple restart, but other times, the SSD remains inaccessible. This issue that has been reported in numerous articles, and by various Youtubers who focuses on PC hardware, and the manufacturer Phison has acknowledged that the issue is present.
