As you'll notice, I'll be here to deliver the latest insight over the speculation over a new MLP character. It turns out that Bandai are starting a new Toy-line production contract with MLP!! They're focused and optimistic that the new character will kick this dead horse business back into public mainstream. Rumours have it that the name of this New Character will be based on a poll.
