The faster you physically are moving, the more your own clock "slows down", or similarly, time outside of your own frame of reference becomes relatively faster.
Meaning, if you were to travel at say.... even just a tenth or a hundredth of the speed of light for .... an hour(?), you have aged just an hour, but around you, everything else has aged.... quite a bit. Say a week, or who knows how much longer.
Meaning, everybody else has already surpassed you as far as life goes while you are relatively "timeless" based on how fast you went and how long you were traveling for.
