All good things come and go eventually. And we need to showcase banners made by other users. I don't mind that the previous one isn't up anymore. I may be a staff member, but I don't want others to think I am constantly watching or looming over them.
I think is more the feeling of union and friendship, nothing express more friendship and union than a big picture of all people involved in a single goal

That would be way more welcoming and would show unity too.
