Coal nods over at Shadow and says, "I agree with that, I think it'd be best to go to somepony who can do something about all of this." He looks over at Hazey and adds, "After we get things sorted out then we can try and help the ponies here, but right now we have no idea about what is even going on. Let alone trying to do anything about it."

He had been watching quietly as tunebug had spoken and it disturbed him greatly. There was something out of the ordinary going on here, that much was certain. He turned his head when he heard shadow speak and replied, "Yes, it is. I think this is well past out of our hands, it might be a good idea to go and see if someone with more power than us might be able to do something about this situation. I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm just a simple earth pony and I have no idea what to do in a situation like this." He says and waits for the others to respond, Coal wasn't one for running away but he knew when a situation was well beyond his control.

Coal look smildy surprised when he sees Junebug show up and start talking to them, did she not know what just happened? Feeling that his questions will be awnsered in due time, and having seen the other pony already having said he'd take one he felt obligated. "I would like one as well" He says as he pulls out a few bits and takes a flower, he wasn't very much one for flowers, it was hard to talk with them in his mouth, but he knew Junebug was a nice enough pony and bought it more so because she was selling them. He looks over at the exasperated unicorn and says, "Turthfully I'd like to know the same thing, but I suspect we will find out eventually even if we don't like the awnser." He then waits for the pegasus to make her way over to explain what this idea of hers was.

Coal waited, shifting around nervously in case more guards decided to arive but saw none in the area. He saw, and hear, the pegasus sitting up and said, "The guards attacked us and I think knocked you out for a bit there, but seeing as you're awake again I think we should get going. It's only a matter of time before more of those strange guads show up, if you need I can give you a shoulder to lean on as we walk." As he talks he moves over to where the pegasus and the doctor are.

I would most certainly like to join as well, the setting seems pretty interesting, planning to be a Barbarian so is there any place that is Viking like?

Coal quickly looks around the area which had just a few moments ago been filled with conflict, and saw that things were calming down for the moment. He noticed the guards disapearing with shock and Silently wondered to himself as to what could cause something like that to happen. Looking down however he saw the form of the guard he had just bucked and saw that he, unlike the others, was still here and had not faded away. At first playing with the idea of trying to use the guard to find out something about what had been going on he ultimately decides that staying in town much longer may not be the best choice at the moment and looks around at the others saying, "Now might be a good time to go, it might not be a good idea to stick around much longer. Seeing as we technically made ourselves criminals here." He stands there looking around at the others seeing how they'll react to what he had said.

This seems interesting, if I can think of a decent character I'll get it written up.

Coal taking the hit from the guard in stride. He quickly flicks his eyes to see as to what was going on around him and it looked like the Pegasus was free even if she appeared to be unconcious, that was a start at least. Now it was just a matter of dealing with the last of these guards. Just as he was thinking of what to do next he noticed the glow of unicorn magic and saw the Captain's knife begin pulled away from him. Seizeing this chance he Tries to buck at the guard who had attacked him with his forehooves trying to distract him as he goes over the the captain and pounces on his trying to get a good hoof in and knock him out.

Coal tries to shove off the guard grappleing him with his shoulder as he tries to headbut and getting free he takes notice of all that was going on around him. He couldn't believe that things were going this badly so quickly. He remembered hearing somepony yell earlier and felt that might be a good idea. Seeing that everypony else was safe save for the unicorn being pinned down by the captain he decided he'd at least buy them some time to help them and squares himself off against the few remaining guards and tries to hold off anything they may try while the others try to save the pinned unicorn.

Coal's face remains impassive as he rears up and goes to buck at the guards coming down on him, if it was just him they were after he probobly wouldn't resort to open violence but now they were threatening the others and even going to break aHazey's wing. As he swings his legs out at the guards and says, "Alright, then you asked for it let's see if the hospital bill is worth 400 bits when I buck your teeth out."

Coal looks at the guards and considers it, 200 hundred gold or the everfree forest, not much to consider there he'd been the forest a few times and knew the edges weren't so bad. "Alright then, sure take me to the forest, I haven't taken a good walk in awhile anyway." He most likely baffles the guards by his calm demeanor, most ponies are terrified of the place but he just talked about it like it was like buying groceries. He thinks for a moment before adding "But I don't speak for the others, I'll go to the forest just to get this over with but I can't say anything for them"
