One of the worst ways to execute a message in storytelling is to use a straw character (designed to be proven wrong only). It tells your audience you can't formulate an argument for your own cause. FIM's comics did it twice: the 'Shy Micro and the Nature Arc.

Y'know what makes Teen Titans Go! so shameful? It had the potential to be a very witty satire. It could've been a series where it's a pure superhero comedy that can make the fans young and old laugh from how intelligent the jokes were. Instead, Teen Titans Go! is, to echo Rivendare, a shallow, useless shell of its predecessor.

Teen Titans Go! has a lot in common with most reality TV shows like on Bravo, TLC, and MTV: It deserves no praise and should be canceled.

So, I heard Toddler Titans aired a rating's trap called "The Return of Slade." Anyone saw it, 'cause I'm seeing a LOT of people really hating it?

The biggest flaw of The Good, The Bad, and The Ponies isn't Twilight's disasterous characterization or the immoral approach to capturing Longhorn and his gang. It's the fact that the story was supposed to be a satire of Western TV and film. How can the audience find the satire funny when the story treats the conflict and Longhorn as a humongous threat to the citizens' lives?

One thing I noticed in the PPG fandom is that a lot of PPG fans really dislike seasons five and six for many reasons, including being bland, overly reliant on pop culture, flanderization (of The Mayor, for example), overly drawn out plots, and gross for the sake of it.

If you gave me a script that Wilmer Flores was supposed to be traded and cry because he's leaving the squad he's been a part of since he was 16 years old, only to NOT be traded, and then hit a walk-off shot tonight, I would've thought you're crazy. Great win, Flores!
