I wish I could have attended for the Saturday and Sunday events. I missed out on a lot of fun. Welcoming and Closing ceremonies should have been free from any possible conflicting panel discussions that people might want to attend. Maybe, make them an hour? Just a thought. It would cool to see some familiar faces from last year's (and those from the forum). I forgot about that guy wearing that outfit. I was glad to see some character mascots roaming the halls, again. Judging by Friday, the staff and volunteers really made everything flow without much delays or hiccups. Conventions or any kind of events will always have glitches. I hope everyone who attended the Convention had an awesome time. Is Chillywing on this forum? One thing that I mentioned briefly at my panel, which I will expand further now: "I am shy, especially around strangers or in new situations, so I do not always make the first move in initiating conversations. I suspect that a lot of us know exactly what I am talking about. My advice in attending this convention (or any convention) is to smile at people, even greet the person. Stranger or not, we should do our best to make everyone feel welcome. There are some people who are attending who could have traveled hours to get there, so for them not to feel welcomed by others might sting a bit harder than the rest of us who live next door to these conventions. So, one of the keys to unlocking a shy person's shell is to smile and make them feel welcome. All of us come to the conventions to have a good time, so let's do it."

I am up for that. Hoping next year that I would be able to attend the whole weekend.

Once again....thanks for driving us out to White Spot. It was a good lunch. It was good to see familiar faces from last year's con, as well.

I am curious to know from those who attended what they thought about this year's convention? Sadly, I could only attend on the Friday. One issue that I noted is the scheduling of panels. One panel discussion was happening at the Welcoming Ceremonies, for example. They could have scheduled the panel to start after the the Welcoming Ceremonies. Next time, maybe start a new panel after the Welcoming Ceremonies. Was it just me or was it less people dressing up, this year?

I hope that you, guys, enjoyed the Saturday events. I would have loved to have to gone. I went to a farewell party for a friend, tonight.

I did have a lot to say and there were a lot of things that I could have spoke about. I opted to open the discussion with everyone to get their input on this subject. Afterwards, I had people come up and mention my talk.

I had to leave shortly after 730pm and couldn't find you, guys, either. I am home now. Boy, am I wishing that I could have stayed longer. Thanks for attending my panel, this morning. I really appreciated it.

That can work for me. I am not rushing back as I am there for the day.

This year, I will be only attending the Friday events as I am now currently live in Abbotsford. I am getting there early, as I am planning on hosting a panel on bullying (my first time doing anything like this). If anyone is going to BronyCAN, they should tell other ponies that they are members on here, in case they might miss this post.

If all goes to plan, I am going to be speaking out against bullying at the BronyCan, this year.

I should be there.
