The pokemon Gardevoir is not to be a femine pokemon in a dress but a magical knight. It's japanese name means "Sir-Knight". Now that I look at it, that 'dress' looks like a long sircoat or a robe. Wizard Knight!

I don't understand sex change, you can't Biologically change your sex. For that would happen and you would have to change your chromosomes which I doubt is possible.
