    Ok so in every episode there is a rainbow at the end or somewhere in there where they conquer there fears.so its either 1)they get rainbow powers 2)each one becomes an alicorn 3)or they put things in the box like their journal then later when the Cutie Mark Crusaders grow up they will find the box and use it for them
