Your art is very good and you do have potential. Please keep practicing and you will keep improving! I know it seems that all of the older artists that are really good are much older then you and have college degree's, but that's because a lot of them are. Their art is good from YEARS of experience and they went to school to improve on their art skills. Just remember though: Everyone has to start somewhere and everyone improves in time.

1 - PRACTICE! It makes perfect! 2 - Don't take critique personally. Use it to improve! 3 - Don't quit your day job. There's a reason why we're called "starving artists".

Anthropomorphic, at its base, means to give something that is not human human characteristics. Like making animals talk. As a furry myself, I really do enjoy looking over the different art styles (SFW please! Not a big fan of the NSFW ) and just like bronies, everyone normally has their own character designs and its great to see the different patterns and coloration's for different species, not to mention the hybrid designs as well. Otherwise, if you don't like it, just don't look at it.

I personally like to use both. However, everything I draw starts with a pencil sketch on paper.

Have to agree with Mr.Tektite. What your asking for is much to broad. What kind of project is it? What will you be doing in the project? What characters do you need voices for? The list of questions goes on and on.
