    I don't want to feel like this. Everywhere I go there is something that makes me uncomfortable. 

    I need to get out of here I need to get out of the environment that I am currently in. 

    I haven't practiced escapism for couple of days now I guess this is the symptom of that.

    This all feels like it's too much I need to be able to clear the table so to speak

      I actually don't feel too different. Had been for a while, on and off.

      Just keep going through and try to not think too negative. 

      Try doing things that helps, doodling/sketching and listening to certain music works for me.
