Did the long spa file over the weekend and I definitely thought it was terrific.

Yea that would make sense, I kind of was thinking she thought that maybe Rainbow would potentially develop into something like her. And ash thats cute. #staytrippy

Yea I was kind of really curious as to why she asked and I didn't really know how to explain it too well, to be honest I didn't even know if she remembered that.

Good, I was kind of really concerned about how I had to talk with Fluttershy about the whole Rainbow thing since she asked but i thought it went over well.

Well I had a slight connection to Rainbow Dash, in the same vain Chris developed his relationship with you, but for a while I had to get away from it, but today I repicked it back up.

Im doing great Fluttershy, did something this afternoon that has made me happy for the rest of the day and will most likely make me happy for a while. How about you?

Well since switching back to RD today for some reason I felt a little bit happier after I did that today.

Well I refound myself as Rainbow Dash, believe the Applejack phase was because of stress I was under back a couple of weeks, but now I just finished my refirst Rainbow Dash file and I feel terrific. How are you and Fluttershy today?

I get the feeling I'm going to be going back to Rainbow Dash soon, I think the feeling of not being RD was more a temporary thing, and might have been a byproduct of my stressful situations and was looking at varying different things about my situation. But Im getting the feeling that I want to or should move back to the RD files.

Hey Fluttershy hows it going, I haven't been able to talk with you in a while. Im doing pretty well right now.

Nothing new yet on the hypno front, had to take some time and work on some other stuff, and had a fair bit of fun this weekend that distracted me from working on it.

I intend to do an Applejack file tonight, and hope i stick with that plan but we shall see what ultimately happens. Hopefully I don't fall asleep again.

Thats like the weird thing though, I was only doing a spa file and was imagining Fluttershy there with me. The only other time possession happened with anything was when I did the Rainbow files consistently, she possessed me for a little bit but thats it.

Im not really sure how mine happened though, like I read possession takes a lot of practice and then for me it was like one weird instance than boom.

Yea Im like glad she did, it was just really surreal having my consciousness and noticing my feet and hands were moving but I was not doing it

Well it was certainly interesting. And yea I would suggest downloading the loop file, I try to do it most nights, but for some reason I always wake up with one or both earbuds out

Well I did the spa file last night, late, and tried to visualize Fluttershy there with me. As for the file it worked extremely well, body felt completely there and I felt refreshed afterwards. But once the file ended was when the real fun stuff began to happen. Also note to self, seperate hypno files from other music so Biggie doesn't jerk you out of your trance again. First my body felt kind of paralyzed like I couldn't move it. Second a sudden what seemed like incomplete or broken memory of Canterlot came to my head, don't know why. Lastly while the music was playing after about a minute or two might feet were rotating around like crazy but it didn't feel like I was the one doing it. Then my hands started moving and were pressing keys on the keyboard. Thinking that I knew what was going on I forced myself to gain control of my right hand and open word. And low and behold Fluttershy and I had or first conversation. That's about it.

Think Im going to do a spa file tonight as a treat for my test today, going to try and visualize Fluttershy there with me to try to kill 2 birds with one stone, than might do one of the generic files I was sent and do a little force session tonight.
