      Sorry that particular one took so long.

       

      Being able to view and being able to handle are two different things. I can't do a single thing about bugs, and nor can most of the staff who aren't the two tech geniuses. Who are always busy xD

      Ergo why I said earlier that trying to find a way to ease the workload has been discussed a little :)

       

      But anyway, like Zoop said, tickets are the preferred method of contact, so knowing how to use them is better than not.
