    Here is your painting! I am uploading a version with a simple background and another with a transparent background so you can just put it over whatever. I think it looks a little odd meself, but I hope you like it!
    I couldn't see how the tail looked in the picture very well to I just kinda made it look like AJ's tail  :icwudt:

    BTW, do you have a timeline? I'll probably show you a sketch to see if the pose is okay before I really do any inking/coloring.

    Sure! I actually have nearly no experience with really using vector, I can do lineart though? Like the b/w pinkie drawing. Or I could do the painting style.

    Hello! welcome to fyrepony's request shoppe!


    I'm doing this to get more practice with drawing and think this would be a fun way to get more practice and motivation! I am currently using a few different drawing styles, so you can either leave it up to me, or ask for something in specific. My default style will probably be the ink+color because that's what I'm most comfortable with atm. The main styles are: pencil, fine marker, digitally inked and colored (or not), and digital painting. I can do sigs, avatars, etc.

    Please state the name of your OC if they have one, it makes the title look better :P

    I've acquired a new sketching technique I really like for figuring out poses from looking at the way other people do things. I'm sure there is a name for it, it's where you sort of draw "bones". Here's an example(upper right quarter):

    I watch Avatar the Legend of Korra  I haven't watched MLP in a while because I don't like rewatching episodes

    I like Korra a lot, I think they did a good job with it! Did you ever watch Avatar: the Last Airbender?

    This is why you should get a Wacom Bamboo instead of a Huion if you are in the market for a starter tablet. Also, note that in addition to wavy lines (the main problem), the pressure sensitivity cut out while I did the test, which apparently adds jitter as well.. So there's an example of how the Windows drivers are flaky, but the Linux drivers, those are impossible to work with! At least unless you compile, install and configure them just right, which I haven't done quite right yet. Under Linux it works alright for me with a super basic drawing program, but not Krita!

    Sure I can draw with this, much better artists than me have been perfectly fine with this sort of thing. Using a program like Krita of SAI with stabilizers helps too, but It's still annoying though.

     

    Note how absolutely AMAZING my handwriting is! I'm actually an expert calligrapher you know :derp:
