Mother of GOD!!! Was this ever difficult I had to do 20 prisoner squats, 10 push ups on my knees, 20 LUNGES, 10 dumbbell rows, plank 30 secons(NEVER AGAIN!), and 30 jumping jacks! Then all that do it again! I couldn't even finish my second! Oh, but I feel nice any ways for doing it tomarrow I'll have to do it again(almost forgot to stretch)!
