Disasters were always the bane of my existence with those games. XD I would finally start getting somewhere and then whoosh, tornados. :c

It would go against the game's nature. If you finally get educated people, they turn into zombies and if you build that one essential building, a tornado decides to spawn next to it. Also, there is much to less space^^

I believe that the disasters and other inconviences happen alot to keep the game interesting otherwise people might not ustilize all the games features before they consider they finished there city. Something always happens that will mess up your game even if you are doing really really good.
