If your never planning on using the old ones then rewriting the current ones would probably be best.  However if you want to eventually use them as an example you should obviously keep them. So in my opinion you should make a new page in order to preserve your old work.

Why's that?

frustrated that I can't finish a short story, tired from going to bed late, a little annoyed at one of my games, aching from sleeping curled up, and possibly sick from my mother

Sounds like you could use a little more rest, maybe give it some time for inspiration to come while you're at it.

I know what you mean I can't read at all like I used to thanks to my disabilitys having increased upon becoming an adult 

Stay positive and keep practicing. It isn't impossible to regain your skill, you're just a little rusty is all.
