      Think about how great you will feel once you are done your work. Also stop doing anything you like until you get something done on your work.

      That's the thing, I don't even to the things I like.... exercise, playing guitar, drawing, going outside, even making dishes, I enjoy it, but I don't bother to start(except with dishes when I have literally my all dishes in the sink).
