Today people said I did well and they couldn't tell i had mass anxiety so I was mostly praised.
I'm so tired right now as i didn't sleep at all even with sleeping pill but now I can rest with eased mind.

Today is one of those days where I must tell myself
"Calm down, you got this. Fight your anxiety and show them what you're made off"
The worst is I know that I can do it and I know I can do it well.. but my anxiety is the only thing stopping me. 
This is where my past becomes a pain in the bum, a part where I struggle and breakdown as memories come back that I don't want.
The moments where "I got this" are sometimes not enough to tell myself.

Sometimes It sucks when you've been broken by people so much that you've become a wreck who struggles with mental issues.
Despite doing so much to deal with it, you still end up losing to it a lot.

but.. if you knock me down, i'll get up again.
