  1. Big Macintosh. The big red stallion was always a favorite of mine.
  2. Anypony remember the Buddy Bears? I remember fans hating them for replacing Binky on the show, as well as their always agreeing, anti individualism rhetoric. Though I think that was the intention on the creators part. I can imagine Starlight Glimmer having something to say about the Buddy Bears.
  3. Among my favorites is the the SummerSlam 1997 intro. "Life isn't fair". I also like the 1997 In Your House: Canadian Stampede intro, talking about the greyness of the world, in relating to the Austin/Hart Foundation feud.
  4. I'd say a combination of all of them, from the moment the intro starts till the show's opening pyro goes off.
  5. For those who have the WWE Network, or at least have seen enough of the PPV's, Which WWE PPV intros of all time do you consider the best?
  6. There are actually quite a few episodes that I can recall from when I was around 4 to 6 years old. There were also quite a few episodes I remember from the Nickelodeon re-airings. One of them was the time Garfield wished all the Mondays disappeared and it comes true. There was another in which Garfield has a nightmare about Jon getting married and being tortured by his children. I also remember one where Garfield has to contend with an intelligent boy who subjects his robot to him and Odie. Among my favorites was the one where both Jon and Garfield tell their own biased side of how their house got filled with yogurt. The one where Garfield and Odie are stranded in the desert and see mirages is also funny.
  7. I recently started watching some old kids shows from when I was younger. One of them is Garfield and Friends. I remember being a Garfield fan when I was younger. I read the comic strip books, my parents recorded the prime time specials, and of course I remember the Garfield and Friends Saturday morning cartoon that ran from 1988 to 1994. I remember a number of the episodes very well, though some more than others, but I just recently got the DVD's for the show. So now I would like to ask what everyone thinks are the greatest Garfield and Friends episodes. I'm referring to individual segments as they did 3 segments per episode. These can include both the Garfield and US Acres segments. So. which episodes do you think are the best?
  8. At the very least, I can still watch the older classics on the WWE Network. Maybe during this time they could add more classic episodes to the Network.
  9. Pretty fitting, since the Bulldog's best moment happened at SummerSlam. I'm also guessing the ceremony will be held at a performing arts theater in Boston.
  10. If this effects the Hall of Fame ceremony, does this mean that the potential inductees won't be inducted after all?
  11. Nash can be funny. Just don't give him backstage power.
  12. More news is that Jushin "Thunder" Liger is going into the WWE Hall of Fame this year. Definitely deserving of it. So far no one else is rumored to go in, but if recent history holds, we still have the Legacy Wing inductees and the Warrior Award recipient to be announced.
  13. I say Vince should just DELAY WrestleMania and hold it at a later date. I'm going to guess it should be held in June. Does that sound like a good enough time for it? On a related note, If WrestleMania actually gets cancelled, I hope that this doesn't mean that this year's Hall of Fame inductees won't get inducted after all. Vince would have to be extremely cruel to do that.
  14. If there's anything positive to say, it's that the WWE have just officially announced that the "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith is going to be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year. It was announced on the WWE's After the Bell podcast. Thoughts?
  15. Let's be honest. Yes, Discord is the "Master of Chaos". Yes, he has been reformed. But more often than not he still causes a lot of trouble for the ponies. After all he did pretend to be Grogar in while uniting Chrysalis, Cozy Glow, Tirek and Sombra and had them attack Twilight just to boost her confidence. He almost ruined Big Mac and Sugar Belle's proposal with that apple monster. Not to mention a number of other moments. So even though at the end of the episodes things all worked out, the fact of the matter is that the ponies wouldn't have been in such chaos if the "Lord of Chaos" had behaved himself. Which leads me to asking if Twilight and the other ponies befriending Discord was more trouble than it was worth, or was he well worth the trouble. If it's the latter, then you're certainly going to have to endure a HUGE LOAD OF IT! Your Thoughts?
  16. I'm still waiting for when they announce the Bulldog and Liger.
  17. As far as Super Showdown is concerned, all I hope is that there are no departure problems like last time.
  18. Two more names have been announced for the WWE Hall of Fame. The first one, I've been waiting and hoping for ever sense they re-established the WWE Hall of Fame. One of my ALL TIME favorite wrestlers. "British Bulldog" Davey Boy Smith. Dave Meltzer announced it on Wrestling Observer this morning. Whom many argue to be perhaps the greatest wrestler to ever come from the British Isles. His time teaming with the Dynamite Kid was fantastic, as well as his teaming with Owen Hart. Both of which resulted in WWF Tag Team Championship runs. He also won singles gold. Most memorably winning the Intercontinental Championship from Bret Hart in front of over 80,000 fans at Wembley Stadium in London at the 1992 SummerSlam in a fantastic match. He also was crowned the first ever European Champion in a fantastic match against Owen on a 1997 Raw from Germany. One request. PLEASE tell me I'm not dreaming! I am SO glad that he's finally going in! If this is true, you can bet that a majority of the British wrestling fanbase is going to be tuning in for the induction ceremony. The second one is John "Bradshaw" Layfield. I actually had a feeling he was going to get in soon. He had been a rumored inductee in previous years. He's had a stellar career. Of course there was his teaming with Ron "Faarooq" Simmons to form the Acolytes or the APA was a major highlight of his career. His turning heel and becoming JBL certainly generated heel heat on SmackDown. Especially his feud with Eddie Guerrero over the WWE Championship. I applaud his accomplishments in the ring, but I've learned he was known for being a jerk backstage to the rest of the locker room. But he deserves induction nonetheless. Thoughts on these two going into the HOF?
  19. They announced the latest inductees into the WWE Hall of Fame. The Bella Twins and Jushin "Thunder" Liger. Liger is of course very worthy. The Bellas I think still have quite a few years left in them. They're only 36. I think late 40's would be more appropriate for induction. But that's just me. Personally as far as women are concerned, I would like to see Miss Elizabeth get inducted. Not denying the Bellas' contribution. I'm just more partial towards old school stars from the Hulkamania and New Generation eras.
  20. Congratulations to the Chiefs. Super Bowl Champs!!!!!

  21. Considering the two teams involved in this year's Super Bowl, the scene is going to have as much red as Big Macintosh with piles of bucked apples in front of the Sweet Apple Acres barn. Joke aside, Which team are you going for, Kansas City Chiefs, or San Francisco 49ers? I've been a Chiefs fan for many years. So I'm rooting for them. Though I do have family in the Bay Area.
  22. It's been well established that among the Mane 6 pets, Angel Bunny is the nastiest of them. However I seem to notice that Rarity's cat, Opalescence has a bit of a nasty persona herself. Rarity even admits that she has a bit of trouble with Opal. Also when Sweetie Belle suggested trying to get a cutie mark in animal care, Opal swiped off part of her mane and smiled mischievously. I'm beginning to think that maybe they could have expanded upon this more in an episode, but who knows. Is Opal just as troublesome as Angel?
  23. If that's the official conclusion to Jushin Thunder Liger's career, I think it's time to induct him into the WWE Hall of Fame. He did have a few matches here in the US. Including his famous matches against Brian Pillman in WCW.
  24. Yesterday, I got the WWE Network installed for Christmas. So far, I'm enjoying the old Coliseum Video releases. I just wish that they would add more of the Old WWF Superstars, Wrestling Challenge and Primetime Wrestling episodes. But so far, I love it.
  25. I know. I guess they've decided to add in all the SF Main Bosses from previous games. Sagat, Bison, Akuma, Urien, Gill, and Seth. There's still plenty of story opportunities for various other fighters too. I'd like to see Guy return to interact with Zeku. Rose could come back and interact with Menat. Dan Hibiki can still provide comic relief and join his friends Sakura and Blanka. T. Hawk, Dee Jay, and Fei Long bridge the gap and complete the SSFII roster. Dudley can continue feuding with Balrog. Makoto can establish her new dojo. Adon can continue his feud with Sagat. And many others.
