I think you would be surprised at that - its more that looking to the left constantly (and almost behind you when observing to the left of the vehicle) can leave a terrible pain in the neck if you have to sustain it for any length of time. But unless the seats can be fully reclined, it's still less painful than trying to human (transmorph spells excepted of course; you don't need to transform much, just reposition the tail root. Looks and feels weird though :D)
