    Caffeine is a drug. I never realized how much I depended on it until I got it out of my diet. I've been caffeine free for almost a week now but I've had TERRIBLE headaches everyday and been very irritable. Also been shaking very badly at times been grinding my teeth.

    Basically I've been acting like a crackhead over a "harmless" drug that is sold in MASS quantities regularly.

      There were days I'd drink over 100oz of soda easily. Close to 150 some days.
