      Depending on the game type, it is possible to actually sweat when having fun playing these. Playing something energetic, involving quick action and explosions, especially locally with a friend/sibling can be quite exciting.

      Other than that let's not forget about those amazing sportaflops who like to yell at the monitor when playing these pvp games. They also tend to throw chairs and other things all over the place. I'm pretty sure this can even make them exhausted. mU2DJ4V.png

      Aaaaand there also are games, where you have to actually move. Will it be VR, move controllers or whatever and camera-based games.

      On a side note, how about chess? It is more or less considered as sport. Chess is a strategy board game, that also has many video-game versions. Therefore, video games automatically could also be considered as sport. My question now is, which genres could be considered as sport. EqE4vfd.png
