  @Rising Dusk The lack of testing may be seen as a problem. The reason for why Europe is in such trouble, is the fact that they didn't do much testing until a couple weeks ago. By then, it was too late to stop the initial spread of the disease

  @Spacetime Vortex Hard to tell, just seems difficult to believe there are only 900 cases in one of the largest, most packed cities in the world when no lock-down was issued and the people have been carrying on with their days like nothing happened for weeks.
