    I'm currently writing a letter. Does this part sound a little too stern or fair game?

    "We'll be expecting some form of response within the next couple of weeks. If things drag out beyond the one year anniverary mark of my mother's death without a response. Then I will find alternative legal methods for getting the results and answers that I have requested.

    I certainly hope it does not come to that."
