  1. A quick question as I'm still new here. Is there no rule to credit artists? :mlp_huh:

(I'm just not used to no credits tbh. I myself only post my own art)

I'm just used to groups where it's extremely important to credit (and preferably ask the artist beforehand) or else you get the boot. Pretending to have it drawn or not. As long as my art doesn't end up anywhere I don't want it to be I'm cool.

But my personal opinion is to always credit.

there is no rule, no, but it's always appreciated
i've seen my drawings get used uncredited, and i don't really mind personally, especially when it's just on a casual conversation thing, some people use drawings more or less as reactions to stuff and it's gonna end up feeling like a hassle if they can't just google stuff and have to do research for it, to the point that people will stop using them, that is of course just me, and i can understand why other artists might always want to be credited, a simple way to ensure it does, is to have your name on the piece (like a signature or a watermark)
