Weight lifting question. Is 50 reps with a 25 pound dumbbell per arm enough for a big 15 year old? Or should I increase?

^Thats a great way to tear but also can cause more to be lost then gained.
On that,you know your limits so just dont over do it.

@TheBronyHeart I do 50 reps per arm daily. I'm a huge 6"2 230 pound built lean guy.
