  1. "Nightmare Night, what a fright! Give us something sweet to bite!"
  2. No! Not a vegetarian! NOT A VEGETARIAN!!! Oh, Celestia help us.
  3. I'm waiting for the inter-company crossover MLP X Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees.
  4. Equestria Daily's Sethisto reports: The Publishers Weekly article is behind a paywall so I'll quote the most relevant part:
  5. Yeah, New Equestria (Neo Equestria?) is small and poorly defended since Twilight's shield collapsed. There's not so much a military as a police force in Zephyr Heights and the shof Maretime Bay. The Unicorns aren't trained in combat magic; the Earth Ponies don't have a trained soldiery. I'm looking into the geography of G5 Equestria to see if I can pin it down a bit better.
  6. G5 Equestria isn't even a united nation; there is no centralized government to order an organized defense. I have to take issue with your assessment of the tech level, though. Both Maretime Bay and Zephyr Heights display levels of technology that rises above G4's Equestria with the city of the Pegasuses reaching our early twentieth-century. However, even so we don't see much military tech. I'm still unsure precisely where on the continent "New Equestria" is even located. If we ignore the rediscovery of Canterlot in the G5 comics, it seems to be somewhere in the southern lands that were mapped for the 2017 movie. I think that Maretime Bay is on the eastern coast but I am not 100% certain of that. I'm basing this on the assumption that the Isle of Scaly from G5 is the same as the Dragon Lands (Dragon's Lair) that we see on the G4 map. Though this older map makes things more confusing, implying that Maretime Bay is on the southern coast somewhere between the Storm King's Realm and Mt. Aris:
  7. No problem at all. King Kong Lives lost me with the giant artificial heart or in any way surviving becoming street pizza. Then again, I also never liked Dino Di Laurentiis' King Kong remake aside from the special effects. He would have been better off making it a period piece. Peter Jackson understood that.
  8. Hey, if you enjoyed it, good for you!
  9. I hope you didn't watch it sober!
  10. You should definitely check out The Rescuers Down Under.
  11. I remember when that special was broadcast pretty regularly. I haven't seen it in ages!
  12. Bad news, no new reveals for any My Little Pony games from Renegade at this time. The next Renegade Con will be in February 2026.
  13. Hasbro's official My Little Pony Facebook page is inactive and is no longer showing any posts. https://www.facebook.com/mylittlepony/ Make of this what you will! EDIT: Things seem to be back to normal now. Maybe it was just a glitch?
  14. Interesting question. Equestria doesn't seem to have anything equivalent to North America's Great Lakes Region (though it does have Neighagra Falls; should be Neighagara?). I wonder if there's a Marewaukee?
  15. Aztec Batman: Clash of Empires I The Blu-ray arrived yesterday and I watched the movie a little while ago (the English dub; I'll view the Spanish-language version later). I liked it. You might like it too. Note that the movie is rated R for some violence/bloody images.
  16. From the title I would guess the Tm Burton directed version from 1999 (though I could be the television series!).
  17. No, those locations might need a larger, more detailed regional map. And here's the official Map of Ponyville from Story of the Seasons (2024; Renegade Game Studios): Get a close-up here:
  18. Good point about the Kirin, though we only know them in the show from the Kirin Village which seems to be in the Mysterious South, near or within Arimaspi Territory. One wonders what might have driven them to cross the Celesial Sea; maybe Dragon aggression?
