oh yea, in photoshop there is a way to do that with vector masks, and yes I am using photoshop, I probably should be using illistrator but...whatever.

I'm sorry , I never like to turn down someone who really wants to, but if I find someone who actually knows what they are doing, obviously I am going to have to pick them :/

I'll be sure that the people I put in charge will be more then capable of running this server, its gone through 2 admin changes...3 times the charm? XD mm, I really want some one who knows what they are doing to be honest, not to mention I don't want someone who is stressed for time in order to run the server, other wise they might think of this as more of a job they really don't want to do :/

Hello there everypony, As you may or may not know, MLP Forums as an official TF2 server, this server was supposed to be maintained by me and Ashbad. Sadly this has not come to pass, as Ashbad left the team, and frankly...I lost interest in TF2. This is quite unfortunate as when I first took the position I was playing TF2 at least a few hours a day, now I am lucky if I clock in a few hours a month. The TF2 server has been desolate this whole time, with no body managing it properly, or at all for that matter. TF2 is still quite a popular game, and I am sure many people here would love to have a server where everyone and just sit back, relax, and play with there buddies here at MLP Forums. You guys deserve a good TF2 server, and I won't be in the way of that happening. That's why I am looking for 1 or 2 (preferably 2) people to take my position as the manager of the TF2 server to help get it up and running. Requirements - Before applying, you must have these prerequisites, - Must have experience with SRCDS (Source Dedicated Server) Preferably a large amount of experience I need someone who knows how to run the server, and how to use all the commands and pretty much everything else. I would much rather have someone who has done this and ran a decent server, instead of someone who has just run it on there home box once in a while. - Must have a decent amount of experience with TF2 This is kinda of a given, I of course am not saying you must be good at the game, but at least have had been playing it for some time so you know all the mechanics, if you ran a huge GMod server, but never played TF2 before, it is quite a difference, I am sure though that if you are applying to run a TF2 server, this should not be an issue. Of course, you should also know how all the mods work as well, sense you will be expected to possibly install custom content such as maps, models, ect. - Must be really determined to want to help Don't make the same mistake that I did, I want people who are really willing to get the server back on it's feet, and are prepared to listen to members' input, stay in touch with the community, and of course, play on the server and host events. You are not expected to devote your life to the server, however a couple hours should be put in every week, and it should be checked up on regularly and of course keep the server environment fresh instead of it being stale and repetitive. - Not a requirement, but would be a plus if you have experience with cPanel cPanel is the interface the server uses to interact with the server, from this panel you will being installing mods, checking logs, restarting the server if necessary, and other operations. If you don't have prior experience don't worry too much about it, it's real easy once you get used to the interface. How to apply If you are interested in the position, simply send me a PM by going to my profile and selecting the button on the top right corner that says "send me a message". There is no specific format, just tell me why you want to run the server, and what past experience you have, I may ask you a few questions and if I feel you may be right for the job, we will move on from there. Where will I (Marco) be in the midst of this? I will remain a community steward as I will be overseeing the server to make sure that who ever I appointed is doing their job correctly, so after you get the position be sure to not slack off, if you have any concerns, don't be afraid to shoot me a message. I will also being helping out with ETV (Equestria TV), so yea I will be still doing other things around the forums. So yes, I am still going to be a part of MLP Forums, I will not be leaving anytime soon. That about sums it up, thank you for taking your time to read, and hopefully being interested in helping out.
