I'm really not 100% pleased with the new update to my GS4. I now have this "Location" toggle which isn't the same as the GPS toggle in older versions. I only want to turn my GPS on and off. I need location always on for certain widgets. There's a way to do that but it's a lot more complicated now than it used to be. What the hell, guys?
