    Why is there no MLPForums heading on the top like their should be? i'm really hating looking at IPS Community heading.

      Look for the "change theme" button at the bottom left of the page, all the way down. Click that and select "MLP Forums 3.4." If it's already selected, click it anyway. If you're still having a problem, try doing Ctrl+F5 for a forced refresh. If all of that fails, open a trouble ticket.
