    These are fair reason to say that she may have the upperhand on Superman in some capacity but you forgot some things about the Man of Tommorow +Has an army of massively powerful robots +Is a Super Genius in some respects outclassing even Lex Luthor and Batman +Is an excellent hand-to-hand combatant with various degrees of martial arts and boxing +Has defeated Gods on the level of Celestia in age, experience, and magic before and won +Has Super Sonic speeds beyond anything Rainbow Dash could ever pull off +Defeated his own version of Discord, Mxyzptlk, multiple times with no aid. downsides -Can lose his power under a Red Sun, though it takes time -Has very few ways of defending against Magic, unless he concentrates on his Bioelectric field to defend against it. -Vows to never kill any sentient creature no matter what they've done. Take that as you will. Taking that into consideration

    While it is true that she does have control over the Sun, unless she turns it Red it will do nothing but make him stronger, The Magic thing is a bitch i will admit that, and taking away Kal Kent and Superboy Prime who are Immune to magic, or Pre-Crisis Superman who once absorbed Magic and at Kryptonite, while blocking Red Sun radiation of his body because he felt like it. Post-Crisis is gonna have to be smart You serious about taht Brony thing, because that would be hilarious K...

    Thats like complaining about Godzilla being a indestructible monster, thats the point of the character. Complaining about it for the sake of complaining about it is really stupid. Yes she is 1000 years old but she zero to no battle experience. She doesnt know Martial Arts or anything. And in one Superman comic he was sent to valhalla for 1000 years to fight hords of demons and powerful mythological creatures. In that canon regard, hes got Celestia easily outclassed.

    I like characters like that to. Spiderman is one of my, if not my, favorite Superheroes ever. But i think that a character like Superman can work if written correctly. All-Star Superman is a good read if you want to know why people like Superman. But thats the point, using Magic isnt much skill if you can just pull whatever the hell out of your ass to beat a character. Again Twilight is smart, but shes not cosmically aware of every situation. Besides that Pre-Crisis Superman who can pull any power out of his ass, im using the weaker, more "realistic, Supermen for this fight.

    Superman is a lot more complex than that. And arent half of every Superhero ever Bullet Proof? Thor doesnt have weaknesses so thats a moot. Why complain about Superman being OP if you support a character than can just create Kryptonite? And how would she know about Kryptonite.

    Dude theres like over a hundred people on youtube alone that hate the FRICK out of Twilight Sparkle and Applejack. Im say at least put them up there even though there may only be one. Plenty of ponies up there have only been voted once.

    Ill be the first to admit the term "Mary Sue" is vague and has little to no meaning, but to say that a person cant hate Fluttershy isnt really fair to those who dont liker her. Also not fair that you only use half of the mane 6 when others may not like them and want to vote to them.

    That still was later on in his lifespan and aound 1945-46 so thats about 7-8 years after his existance. Yeah John Byrne Superman would be a more fair fight i supose but i still think they have a chance against a Normal Superman.

    1.) Well if you want to get technical Fanon Bugs Bunny rarely ever gets violent and usually wins because every one else is stupid or lacks common sense. He isnt technically a reality warper, though he does mess with the script. (Unless you count that time he became the writer in which Supes loses like noone has lost before)2.) Hot Blooded Pinkie? 3.) Thats what i kinda meant just allow the ponies to be at full potential no restrictions. Still i guess its alright. Its still the weaker version of Supes though so no light speed. 1.) LOL that would be funny2.) Supermans pretty smart as well even in the Golden Age. Even then Superman wasnt as powerful though so its a metter of who thinks faster. 3.) If Superman can handle Feminist 50's Lois Lane he can handle Flutterage

    Fair enough but i am allowing Fanon ponies (like the one in fan fiction stories and over ridiculous one) and the weaker Supermen to make it more even. BTW perfectly fine just pointing it out.

    I agree with you on onei kinda see what you mean n 2, though if you go Non-canon, Whatever Happened To The Man Of Tommorow. that could be a different scenario 3.) Should have made it Comic vs DCAU. BATB Mxy would be on par so yeah.

    Well by beat i mean that Superman used common sense to kinda defeat some of Bugs over the topness. Like the whole "Oh no you wont oh yes you will" thing with a bomb that Bugs made up and Supes going "You're right i dont want it".. The look on Bugs face, PRICELESS. Yeah he probably could, though Pinkie would get some good hits on him i doubt she has anything that would hurt him explicitly, unless she pulls a Nuclear Bomb out of her pocket. That and other Fanon interpretations such as Twilights magic and Rainbow Dash moving at the speed of light MAY prove early Supes downfall. Already explained this in a scenario with another user, they are forced to fight or someone close to them DIES. So its kinda mandatory.

    Well even Golden Age Superman has some speed on him, though early on no he couldnt fly but that was REALLY early on, which became a moot point after 1941, but its unclear how fast he was but he was at least Mach 10 speeds and how some good reflexes. And if Superman can beat Bugs Bunny in a crossover issue i dont Pinkies got what it takes. He could jump 1/4th of a mile in a single leap (Able to leap small Building in a single bound) later on he could 100% fly. He could breathe in space

    Well Golden Age Superman couldnt even fly till later, and he wasnt all that strong as he was nowadays. Hed probably lose unless its the later Golden Age Superman.

    But Kryptonite only comes from Krypton, though that would be funny. Though without them it would be a cool fight but Celestias gonna have to work HARD. Damn straight. Though i must say that Celestia could try to turn the Sun red, but that implies that she has the knowledge of that weakness.

    And Superman would split the moon in half. Luna as Nightmare Moon could give Supes a good fight, regularly though she stands a slim chance.
